Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Processing may take longer during public holidays or periods of high order volume. A shipment confirmation is sent when an order leaves our fulfillment network.

Delivery and costs

Available destinations, delivery estimates and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed. Standard shipping is free for orders over $49; other charges are calculated at checkout.

Tracking and delays

When tracking is available, it is sent by email after dispatch. Carrier delays, weather and incorrect addresses may affect delivery.

Export and delivery restrictions

We do not ship products to destinations where sale, export, import or delivery is prohibited by applicable law, sanctions, carrier rules or other regulatory restrictions. Orders may be cancelled and refunded when a destination or product cannot legally be served.
