Return window

Most eligible items may be returned within 90 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened and returned with the original packaging, labels and protective materials.

Items not eligible for return

Opened or used personal-care items, food items and final-sale items are not eligible unless defective, damaged or sent in error.

How to request a return

Contact [email protected] before sending any item. We will review the request and, if eligible, provide return authorization, the applicable return address and return instructions. Please do not send items to the company’s registered office or any other address until we provide written instructions.

Refunds

Customers pay return shipping unless an item is defective, damaged or incorrect. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
